“Connect your consciousness to the natural world as much as possible.  Beauty is everywhere.  For example, a walk on the beach provides many lessons.  You are walking at an edge condition.  That is one system meeting another.  Life flourishes in this dynamic environment.  Pick up a shell or a piece of coral.  Their lineage stretches back billions of years but here they are in your hands.  Look at the structure, the colors.  These small creations should be respected.  They are humbly and beautifully existing to do their part in Creation.  At the same time, they are teaching you.  Be grateful.”
