“The Universe is a communication process and so are all processes in it. The Cosmos becomes self-aware, guiding, and evolving, in the man-machine symbiosis. The cosmic implication of the survival of local biopsychic, technic-reinforced systems, is that they are optimal communication acts, in the overall cosmos-as-communication process. In other words, by surviving (using high negentropic efficiency) such systems decrease the growth of posentropy. This is done by increasing the growth of negentropy. It’s a sort of negentropy farm.”
